- The first level inspection is by the production supervisor.
- The second level inspection is by our team.
- Finalizing to quality check by our team.
After passing the test, we will provide a video verification with the customer.
If the client finds a quality problem with the product within three days of receiving the goods (not caused by human-made damages), we will do a replacement with a lead time in the first seven business days and send it back on our expense.
LED and driver – We use the brand Lanjing for LED and the power supply from Mingwei. If these items are not human-caused damages, we will send a replacement. Lightbox and letter casing, if its not human-caused damage, it contains a three-year warranty and will be shipped back to within the next few business days.
